Audio transcription, copy typing, data entry, customer service email and phone calls, customer feedback surveys, social media platform management, minute taking and proofreading. Deep experience as a legal secretary and in medical administration across NHS 111, Solent NHS Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, and South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Trust.
