Robins Pro is a deliberately boutique specialist practice. My career across investigation, administration and lived experience has created a small, focused service with a single standard: professional, discreet and people centred.
Who I am
A boutique specialist with expertise across investigation, administration and trauma informed lived experience.
I am a professional with a career that has crossed three very different worlds. Each world taught me something that the others did not: how to find facts, how to keep operations running, and how services actually feel when you are on the other side of them.
Robins Pro is not a large agency or a collection of generic skills. It is a deliberately boutique practice where each service answers a distinct need, and where the same standard of practice runs through every instruction. I work with a focused client base and handle each matter personally.
I am selective about the work I take on. I turn instructions down when they are not the right fit, when the timing would compromise quality, or when I already have enough active matters. This is a passion, not a volume business, and I prefer to do fewer things well.
What shaped the practice
A unique combination of three disciplines, delivered in one boutique practice.
Investigation
Investigative work taught me how to establish facts carefully, how to record them so they hold up, and how to keep a proportionate, lawful approach when people are under pressure.

Professional administrative work taught me that reliability is a service in itself. As a legal secretary and NHS administrator, I built specialist expertise in transcription, typing, data entry, customer contact, feedback, social media, minutes and proofreading for legal and medical settings. My lived experience includes childhood sexual abuse and domestic abuse, including time in a women's refuge. That perspective shapes how I advise on domestic abuse and child abuse policy reviews, survivor-led service reviews, independent advocacy support, service design, training and research — always with structure, boundaries and a clear brief.

- Opened and ran own private investigation agency from January 2022
- Qualified Police Station Representative
- Qualified Legal Executive
- Certificate in Criminal Psychology
- 15 years working in the criminal justice system; namely criminal defence casework
- Casework in statement taking, witness interviews, evidence review, legal support, timeline creation, site visits, surveillance and process serving
- Reports written for solicitors, insurers and court use
Administrative
- 25 years of business and office administration, with specialist legal secretary experience supporting solicitors and legal teams
- Medical administration across NHS 111, Solent NHS Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, and South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Trust
- Audio transcription, copy typing, data entry, customer feedback surveys, social media platform management, minute taking and proofreading
- Customer service by email and phone, handled with accuracy and a calm tone

- Lived experience consultancy: domestic abuse and child abuse policy reviews, survivor-led service reviews, independent advocacy support
- Not therapy, counselling or psychological assessment — advice based on lived experience, training, qualifications and professional experience
- Trauma informed practice grounded in safety, choice, transparency and control
- CPD in safeguarding, mental health first aid, conflict management, autism, disability and dementia awareness, PREVENT, GDPR, restorative justice and mediation
- Structured advisory input with clear boundaries and a written brief for every engagement
- Pro bono work considered for survivor-support organisations where clear value can be added
